Dry Brushing— Benefits

Dry brushing is an amazing way to get your skin in tip-top shape. It can help with dry skin, exfoliation, and cellulite! It's also a good way to get rid of toxins in your body and improve circulation.

Here's how it works: you take a natural bristle brush and stroke it all over your skin in long, sweeping motions. If you're doing this correctly, the brush will be pretty bristly—but don't worry! You'll have a few seconds after each stroke to let your skin calm down before moving on to the next area.

You should dry brush for about 5 minutes—and if you find that your skin is getting irritated or red at all, just cut down on the amount of time you spend brushing each area.
